Blog

1 - Create a new family using the template " Metric Generic Model" from the "English" template. Save it on your computer. 

2 - Draw two reference plane, one horizontal and one vertical using the command "RP".

or  Create > Reference Plan

3 - Use the "Aligned Dimension" command to add distance measurements between the newly created plans and the default ones.

Annotate > Dimension > Aligned Dimension

DI SEGUITO RIPORTATI I PASSAGGI PER LA REALIZZAZIONE DELLA CONSEGNA :

1) Accendo il Computer e clicco sull'icona dell'applicazione di Revit 2025

2)Creo una nuova famiglia con Metric Generic Models.

3)Clicco sul comando "Reference Plane" che mi consente di creare dei piani di riferimento.

4) Creo i piani di riferimento perpendicolari agli assi principali del disegno .

Di seguito i passaggi svolti per la creazione della composizione:

1. 1. Creo una nuova famiglia : new family > english > generic models, dopodichè uso il comando Reference Plane (RP)

 22. Creo due nuovi piani di riferimento, uno verticale ed uno orizzontale:

1. Begin by starting a new project file for a family with a generic, metric template.
2. Access the family type settings and introduce a new parameter, linking it with shared parameters by selecting the pre-prepared shared parameter file.
3. Adjust the properties of the family type by focusing on the parameters H, L, and l, switching their type to instance-specific.
4. Sketch out two guiding reference planes, one positioned horizontally and the other vertically. Ensure proper alignment for subsequent steps.

4. Saving the family file in an Order for the following steps
5. Creating new Parameters at the “Family types”
6. Naming the “Aligned” lines after the Parameters

8. Connecting the “Extruded form” with the Parameters from the “Family types”
