Project analyse_ DESCHEPPER Mathilde _ LACOUR-VEYRANNE Thomas

Our project is situated Via Porto Fluviale, in the south-est of Rome, next to the Gasometro.

With the context we created before, we can start to creat our project.

As we did for the others exercices, we starting by creating the mass of the building.

Our projet is made of a series of tight buildings, in order to have a certain density, build in a weft of 5 meters wide. They're connected on the ground floor withs gardens or stores.

We're cutting tis weft with the form of the gasometro in order to create qualitative spaces in the center of the complex, with green spaces, ristaurant,...

Now we have built our project, we can starting the solar analysis.

We can see on the summer soltice that, if our buildings on the ovest side aren't too high, our cut-spaces can have a good period of sushing during the day.

Winter soltice :

The most important thing we saw with this analysis is the period of sunshine of our cut-spaces. If we want to have qualitative spaces we have to pay attention of the buildings around it.

Our buildings benefit of the Est and Ovest sunshine, wich is godd.
