Facade
I tried to create accoridion facade. I created all the system parts.
I know that rolls shouldn't be as I did. They can turn 360 degree but I cannot imagine how I draw.
But I have a problem. When I loaded my panel into project, I met a problem. If they are straight, it is ok. But if they are folded, all the parts stand seperate. I cannot understand what I did wrong.
Also I tried to do another facade by using grids.
I did it how we did in the class. But I cannot change the material. Material parameters seem but when I apply them, they don't change.

This post is very unclear!
You have to describe better your workflow and your project ideas.
Keep going on!

Anyway---
the "lenght" of your panel, in your case, is the lenght of the RAIL where the panels can slide.
How long you imagine it to be?
That could be one of our parameters.
Of course lenght must by modular to the panels width.
Therefore, the facade will have vertical grids based on the panel module.
Then you can remove grids by segment...
and obtain panel-modular grid spaces:there you can put your panel object -
Then you can produce the panel objects, with different types depending on the n.of panels (2 panels, 3 panels, 4 panels,)
Then you can model the family, and here comes your problem.
But with no details, we can't help you there! It's not a super easy task to parametrically model, though, because there are complex nested constraints to put in.
