THE IDEA

Considering the existing structure of this building,we imagined that this tower could be an office tower. To support this idea we started to create common areas for everyone to reach. These areas were; office rooms, meeting rooms which are connected with office rooms and a waiting room.

THE EXTERIOR DESIGN

First of all, we started to design exterior of the building. The idea was creating panels to prevent the sunlight. While we placing these panels, we also considered about the view of the tower.Because of that reason we used glass material for railings. Each room has an opening through the balcony. In addition,we considered that the balcony should not has an interruption, thus to provide continuity we did not seperate the balcony with any material. Therefore, we provided easy accesses for emergency exits from each room.

THE DESIGN OF FACADE

We thought that sunglight is an important issue for office buildings.Because of this, we used curtain glass walls.

THE INTERIOR DESIGN

In interior design of the flat we thought that every office room needs an access with meeting rooms. To support this idea we designed parametric circled shape panels to divide these areas into two different rooms. Therefore, by using these panels we provided accesssibility between officeses and meeting rooms and also we created private areas for meeting rooms.
