Greetings

For this consegna finale we (me and Alejandro Saldías) decided to work together in the levels 3 and 4 of the “B” tower.

Our Project is thoguht for make a special floor, that works for young people that dont have problems to share the service spaces, (kitchen, bathroom, etc.) like students or young professionals. Therefore people that is flexible with privacy limits.

To achieve this we wanted to create a flexible type of room, so the users can go from a singular camera to a double one.

For this consegna i wanted to improve the fabrication process, for this i replaced the old system made of one element repetition, for a repetition of a group of elements.

In this sense i dicided that i will work with 5 modules, that i called "Modulo A", "Modulo B", "Modulo C", "Modulo D" and "Modulo E".

The important one is the "Modulo B", this is the only module that changes and is the one that makes the floor of the station.

This is the consegna 2, where i wanted to add more modules to join the old ones, and add the material i choosed (wood).

First i created a new family type with the same form, but more regular. Because i wanted the project to be of wood, so there are prefabricated modules.

First i wanted to create a balcony to see landscapes and fauna, but with an organic form, made of wood modules.

First i choosed the elevation front view, because i wanted to start with a module repeating system
