To complete the third delivery, we have to analyze the behavior of our building during the day and during the year. We made some changes from second delivery. Actually, we have just one building situated on west side of the area of project.. The building turns according to Viale Trastevere, an important street next to the area, and gradually becames lower, according to the slope of the zone.

We have analyzed this first situation:

Breve descrizione del progetto :

Il progetto è costituito da due edifici di diversa altezza. Sono separati da una fessura che aprendosi sempre di più genera una piazza. Un elemento che caratterizza il nostro progetto è la direttrice NORD-EST , SUD-OVEST , che permette di attraversare il lotto e raggiungere Via Crescenzo Del Monte dall' incrocio di Viale Trastevere, senza dover essere esposti al traffico veicolare di Via degli Orti di Cesare. 

PRUNUS CERASIFERA 'NIGRA'

Prunus can be deciduous or evergreen trees or shrubs with showy flowers in spring, and often good autumn foliage colour. Some have edible fruit in autumn, and a few species have ornamental bark. 

'Nigra' is a medium-sized, round-headed deciduous tree with deep blackish-purple leaves and twigs. Single, pale pink flowers open from deep pink buds before the leaves.

Cultivation

Rispetto alla consegna precedente, abbiamo pensato ad una volumetria iniziale del progetto che è ancora in una fase embrionale e da concordare con il professore, infatti è mancante di bucature, finestre e vetrate e di misure precise.

After various consideration of air project we have established plans to build three buildings on a platform that compensate for the slope.

The three buildings contain the residentail part, are high 21 while watching the buildings and 24 outside the central one, also assuming you are connecting them with suspension bridges at various heights.

The part of the plate instead contains the services, parking and function of the square-garden.
